At the moment we are busy sieving our prepared summer scales. These bulbs were scaled in the summer of 2025 and have undergone a temperature treatment from September until now. During this process, small new bulbs gradually form on the scales \u2014 the foundation for the next generation of lilies.

Gradually we are transitioning from two-year scales to summer scales. We do this for several reasons: agricultural land for multi-year crops is becoming increasingly scarce, and with summer scales the risk of frost damage in early spring is no longer an issue.
